Tips: 
 
  • Check your Chromebooks for updates:
    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Click "About ChromeOS"
    3. Click "Check for updates"
    4. After loading if your screen says "Your Chromebook is up to date" you are done. 
    5. If not, let your Chromebook download the update, then when it is done downloading, click "Restart"
  • Keep your Chromebook charged. When your Chromebook gets too low on battery, it will disconnect from the WiFi.
  • Certain website(s) is not loading? Clear the cache:
    • In Chrome, go to chrome://history/ and click on the Clear browsing data
    • In Safari, go to History and select Clear History and Website Data.
    • In Firefox, go to History and select Clear Recent History.
  • If your Chromebook does not connect to the WiFi: check the Chromebook date and time. If it is not accurate, fix it in the settings and restart your Chromebook. 
  • To replace a lost or stolen Chromebook charger, stop by the student store, pay the $25 fee and bring your receipt to room 303 to get a replacement.
  • If your charger is not working and it is not physically damaged; bring it to room 303 to get it replaced. 
  • We DO NOT lend chargers. Please come to school prepared, with a charged Chromebook. 
  • Students and staff are more than welcome to come to room 303 for support. 
    • STUDENTS: if you come during class time, please get a pass from your teacher.
