Tips:
- Check your Chromebooks for updates:
- Go to Settings.
- Click "About ChromeOS"
- Click "Check for updates"
- After loading if your screen says "Your Chromebook is up to date" you are done.
- If not, let your Chromebook download the update, then when it is done downloading, click "Restart"
- Keep your Chromebook charged. When your Chromebook gets too low on battery, it will disconnect from the WiFi.
- Certain website(s) is not loading? Clear the cache:
- In Chrome, go to chrome://history/ and click on the Clear browsing data
- In Safari, go to History and select Clear History and Website Data.
- In Firefox, go to History and select Clear Recent History.
- If your Chromebook does not connect to the WiFi: check the Chromebook date and time. If it is not accurate, fix it in the settings and restart your Chromebook.
- To replace a lost or stolen Chromebook charger, stop by the student store, pay the $25 fee and bring your receipt to room 303 to get a replacement.
- If your charger is not working and it is not physically damaged; bring it to room 303 to get it replaced.
- We DO NOT lend chargers. Please come to school prepared, with a charged Chromebook.
- Students and staff are more than welcome to come to room 303 for support.
- STUDENTS: if you come during class time, please get a pass from your teacher.
